Whatever this is, it isn't spamming. Spamming is posting nonsense or posting so frequently you make other attempts to communicate difficult.

Well, how about intention trolling of UMGE's game?

Wrong, if I posted a thread about a thread that belongs in the forum repeatedly, lets say 10 times, it would be spamming, right?

So he's an irate customer. He's hardly the only one. Unless it's in the rules that you have to play nice-nice with UGME to post here then he really shouldn't be intimidated like BBQ was attempting to intimidate him.

Okay I'll say this again. BE CIVIL. As per the forum rules. posting insulting or offensive remarks will get you banned. I don't care about the topic, to be honest I see no issue with what the thread creator posted. I don't agree with it but I'm still okay with it. That being said I am not okay with the uncivil and rude remarks. If you want to have a open and honest dialog about the topic feel free to post and or reply. If you want to flame or post insults only then I will either delete what you post and warn you or if you've been warned too many times I'll ban you.

Everyone is allowed to disagree, in fact I find it fun to read. However you are not allowed to insult someone over and over. Lets discuss this topic like adults or lets move on.

    Default On topic please?

Can we please stay on topic?

The important point is what the actual laws are (and cite references, court cases, or precedents or it's meaningless). It doesn't help anyone to know you feel about the topic or the posters, I would like to know what the laws/precedents are so UMGE can make an informed decision that will keep them from breaking any more laws. And no I am neither a mod nor do I work for UMGE, I just do not want to see a good game die because they broke a law they didn't know about.

I'm with Terry on this one, the thread topic isn't flame BBQ or Domokomo Neyo(which I guess I'm guilty of, sorry). The topic is about UMGE breaking the law or not.

This is as civil as it gets. I've seen other forums where the only thing that happens there is uneeded flame wars, constant trolling, constant spamming, failage moderation, etc. This site is not nearly as uncivil as most forums.

The only poster that has been borderline offensive and insulting is your fellow moderator BBQ_Sauce. Everyone else has simply been calling him out on it.

Sigh... can we please get back on topic...
