Seeing as you seem to have stopped spamming my visitor messages with cyber middle fingers, I'll agree to the second chance thing.

I'm all for second chances however as has been pointed out, he has had a few hundred chances. The thing FB didn't mention also is how he created fake mod names like Cyhort., and a few others and tried to start trouble that way. His second chance was more like several chances a day nonstop for a couple months.

I think he has proven himself incapable of a second chance. If someone commits murder do you let them become a serial killer while they keep asking for a second chance? May be a bit of an extreme simile but how many times must someone be given a "second" chance?

As someone analyzing the situation from an outside perspective I have to concur that, though you seem tranquil AT THE MOMENT, that doesn't erase your past afflictions and the fact that the mods are STILL cleaning up your filth.

The latter doesn't help your case, since this shows you are MORE than a repeat offender. Your actions, from what I have gathered, are inexcusable, and unless you could apologize to EVERY SINGLE person you've offended and have them 100% forgive you, which you can't, you can't take any of it back.

If my vote counted for anything, as it stands, I would have to say no. I'm sorry, but these forums have become pretty homely to me and I don't want a cyber-terrorist invading them.

The problem here is he wasn't just a spammer and that he had his second chance a a few hundred times.

well for me, when a guy first tries to stop smoking, it's not bull's eye at first try, one LAST chance, maybe that's just my opinion.

Say I parked next to your car, and as I open my door I ding your car. You say "thats ok, just please be careful next time.". So two minutes later, I do it again. Then two minutes later, again. And I continue this for an hour or so a day every day for at least 2 months. Do you think I had enough chances yet? Or should I be given one more chance to ding your car?

Look, the problem with ccc is that when you ban him, you anger him and he becomes more extreme. There is no way to remove him from these forums (he can easily get around anyban type), so the question becomes, will you attempt to have him stop completely, or will you just infuriate him to begin the cycle over again? Look, I really hate what ccc has done in the past, and once upon a time he spammed me and my group (Americans) like everyone else. Yet, I took the time to talk to him and try to understand him and respect him (even though he did things I don't respect) and he in turn came to respect me and I no longer worry about him targeting me on his attacks.

Overall, the question becomes, do we want to try to change the status quo, or do we want to perpetuate and almost condone what CCC does?

And its all about the way you ask them to quit. Not the quantity. (Although numbers do play a factor. CCC likes to test people)


And it doesn't matter now. CCC will be back, and more then likely will be worse then before.
