I emailed Evony's billing dept, as suggested by a mod here, about a problem that I had. I got an automated response from them saying that I would hear back within 5 business days. Today was that 5th business day, but I figured I'd wait till the exact time that I had sent the email in hopes of getting a last minute response. That was almost 5 hours ago, and still no response at all. Not even a mail saying "we're looking into this but are very busy and will get to it as soon as we can." I would've been satisfied with that.
Now, we go to my account on Nap War. I had a situation on there and I posted about it on the forums. Within a matter of HOURS my problem had been fixed. :O
