I would like to bring the suggestion to the Forum, if you would like to help report posts in the Off-Topic and Other Forums to Moderators via Skype, would you create an account and join a group for reporting posts?

The process would be similar to this, users from the forum make skype accounts and are invited to a group with Moderators of the Forum. If you spot a post that is offensive or is spam you would post the link to the thread, the location, the user, post number and a short description of why this should be locked/deleted. (System may be improved as time goes on.)

Now you can argue that we have this system already in reporting Forum posts via the Forum itself but Skype is faster and much harder to miss a reported post since the Skype Group will indicate that a post has been made. While the Post Reporting Forum may be overlooked occasionally and usually contains things that do not break any rules. While the skype group will accept anyone, I'm sure only the most dedicated users would join, thus cutting out most if not all Reporting Spam.
