If you were saying that no funny/negative jokes are allowed on the forums, then I have news for you; you are wrong. Funny jokes are allowed because they are funny; negative jokes are allowed because they are JOKES. As long as they aren't told for the sole purpose of insulting someone, they are usually acceptable.

Although I think your guide would make sense to very new players, the truth is that most players in evony DO have a negative food count, and make up for it by plundering NPCs.
If you were to abide by your guidelines throughout the game, you'd posess only a fraction of the army your peers would possess, and you'd probably have a hard time repelling invaders.
I'm guessing that you're a new player, Lord Ken? If so, It's great that you're excited to post guides and help other players, but I'd recommend you wait until you're a little further in the game. Only because game play strategy changes so drastically at a certain point.
I'd recommend the Questions section of the forum -- it would allow you to get feedback on ideas you have, and you'll probably learn enough to make a really solid evony guide!
