Disappointed in customer service and billing dept.
I have contacted billing dept 7 times since 2 weeks ago and as of yet to get a response except the automated system. When a company gets to big to answer individual emails I know we are in trouble. Won't be buying anymore coins if they can't straighten out the current issures. Wonder if I will ever be contacted since they owe me money. I know if it was the other way around I would probably recieve messages daily.....
