Here is NASA TV, they are at 4min and holding to launch the new Ares 1X rocket. At time of this post they are talking about launch being in 1hr 3min. http://www.nasa.gov/multimedia/nasatv/index.html

So if you have time, just have it open in the background and listen for when they are ready for final countdown and watch the launch.
