Didnt sayit has to be perfect. But after more than 6 months of "going live"; the fixes should be predominantly done. Not being ignored STILL the same as they were to start with.
As for the company needing money to survive I wholeheartedly agree. However, putting out a defective product, refusing to address its issues, refusing to address your clienteles issues, and charging an exorbitant amount; are NOT models for a successful venture.
Its a broken model, which relies upon a constant turnover of new players/users in order to feed the coffers. As word of the products fallibility spreads, the influx of new/paying users declines; and the model dies. Simple economics really.
