Secret to Farming for medals

Finally a medal guide that works.

I found 3 medals today on server 87.

Cross - lake lvl 8
Freedom - lake lvl 8
Lion - Forest lvl 10

3 medals out of maybe 15 attacks today. The whole low level spam method is crap, I've attacked hundereds of low level valleys and never got anything. Scouting to avoid archers and cavs has worked great for me. Another bonus of attacking higher level valleys is that my heroes get better experience while I'm getting the medals I need. Hopefully I'll start scoring some rose medals, those are what I need most.
