Flats never give medals, EVER! Sometimes random items like speakers or Amulets but never medals....what bull.
Fred, being adamant does not make you right. I am on Server 69 and just got a rose from a level 5 flat this morning. I cannot get to the battle report at the moment, but will post it later today to verify.
