Type of troops.... Well that is simply what the faq said. I use 35k archers and nothing else to attack valleys that do not have archer and/or cav in them. Net out come is no loses of my troops. Heroes gain great amounts of xp.

The reason 35k archers is this. No mater what hero I send be it my mayor or the int hero. They take no loses.......
35k huh? I sent 40k and look at my losses.
It depends on what units are at the valley and it depends on what your techs on... There's never a fixed variable that can be used for everyone.
