Where did you send it?
I hit the "Contact Us" link on the upper right of the main screen.
I second this.
They send an automated email saying something like "if we don't reply within 5 business days, let us know and we will escalate the ticket".
I have done this; I am not sure whether the escalation worked or it went out of the escalation; still no reply.
Sending constant emails every 5 days is too much to ask for. I don't want to repetitively say "hey, I didn't get a response yet".
Maybe once is ok but after that it should be replied to.
