Serious Question

Lazy? You are the lazy one in this equation. Rather than explain what it is, you just ask a general question about something that we've never heard of. Then, when we ask what you're talking about, rather than actually explain it, you just post a few links and expect us to read our asses off. I'm doing more work than you just to get an opinion on this, so don't call me lazy.

The reason why I gave a horrible summary and the links is because I have yet to fully understand it. I should have been better prepared but seeing as how I just made the thread a couple minutes ago which was when I just started reading about it I have yet to formulate an opinion. When it starts to make sense, I'll make a better summary.

Now, if anyone knows anything about Net Neutrality it would be appreciated if you could explain it.
