No, no he didn't. He said that the man waited a while, then drank the beer, not that he waited a while during sips. So Ken really has no understanding of elementary science. In addition, poison that could be lethal that quickly in that quantity would in all probability be lethal in tiny amounts, and pretty much un-processable by the human body.

It's actually a corruption of a GOOD riddle, which I will now tell to you.

Two guys walk into a bar and order whiskey. The first one downs 5 full tumblers in under a minute, stumbles, hits his head on the bar, and is knocked out cold. The second guy drinks his booze slowly, and leaves after only 1 glass.

The second guy is later found dead in an alley, without a mark on him. Why did he die and the first guy lived?
