If someone says "evony rocks" and leaves it at that, it's a useless statement. Similarly, when people go "Evony sucks" it's about as productive. I didn't say you did that, I only commented that bashin' abra when he made a fair point doesn't add to the discussion at all. He disagrees. He added a fair point, however in-depth. Either debate it or not, don't get on his ass because he defends Evony; it's unrelated, pointless and yes; ruins your credibility. Accept it or don't.

I don't see how you can support your assumption as anything other than a number you pulled out of your head, whereas I am basing mine on the number of posts and complaints that I see... not some imaginary number of non-posters that I made up.
Pullin' a "90%" is arbitrary and imaginary and you should know as much if you're tryin' to be rational. Get real; fact of life is that these things are all split up on opinion. People use the forums as a method to discuss.
"whiners" (No, I'm not sayin' that only whiners disagree, but be honest; most folk who do complain are jus' whinin') use the forums as a conduit to complain to the devs. Fair enough. But why should we use the forums to say to the devs "go you, I agree w/ the current game mechanics"...thas basically tellin' them to change nothin' and wastes their time; there's no reason to post about this.

Personally, I think the medal drop rates are fine. I don't think demandin' higher drop rates is justified at all, but I'm not gunna make fifteen threads about it and get together a group to spam the forums every day; it's not productive. Therefore, the numbers you see alone are not the accurate numbers of who agrees and disagrees; it's jus' the numbers of people who have somethin' to complain about.

None of your solutions above are suggestions that I even came close to making. Go re-read this and some of my other posts for what I am actually proposing. There are other solutions than mine as well, and none of them suggest removing consumption or setting medals to 100% or any of the other asinine things you just said.

Don't put words into my mouth, read and understand what you are responding to instead of making stuff up to sound like you know what you are talking about.
I was jus' usin' that as examples, not intendin' to put words in your mouth.
The game mechanics don't encourage people to cheat anymore than any puzzle game that presents a challenge to the lazy peopel. Folk aren't gunna cheat jus' because the game is hard, flawed, broken or whatever. Folk are gunna cheat becasue they're lazy, and if they're lazy they're gunna cheat no matter what.
This genre of game is a non-constant game that is intended to last longer periods of time. If people don't like this type of game, then they should jus' go play a different genre instead of cheatin' to make this one more fun for them. No point tryin' to change a game to suit you when you can simply change games.
