I agree. But not when ppl notice how u gain yr prestige.
I had some players rushing their prestige by having 1 city n plundering lvl10 npc. I told my alliance not to fear these ppl as they got prestige yet little army. Their prestige mean nothing.
By keeping my eyes open at statistic, i know who is using this method. They only got tiny army as they only able to build troop using 1 city.
