I was hacked and then to "restrain" the user that was messing with my account, they had to ban my account.

ya i have a question, why do u use a war ensign?
i send 94k archers/1k warriors/1k sword/1k pike/3k transports and i only lose8k archers and i farm with a hero with 150+ attack.
also why do u use ballistas? no one does that..
other then that its ok :/
i like usin 20k archers/10k warriors but i suppose 10k/10k works too

You use a war ensign to increase your troop dispatch... basically if you have a level 10 rally spot, you can only send 100k archers. with a war ensign, you can send 125k archers... even more which decreases your losses.

a quick question - if i am a knight and i have 2 cities already, can i conquer the barbarian city which would be the 3rd ? I tried but I failed. Is this because of the 2 city limit ?

No, you need to be baronet before you can conquer any city that is going to be your third.
