Memory is tied to things. Eat peppermints while you study, then eat the same kind of peppermints while u take the test, and flashcards are amazing

9hrs of study will do nothing except make you not learn. Constant breaks in activity as suggested by Entropy are a huge part in learning. Along with hydration and snacks. Although he did forget rest, getting proper rest before or after can go a long way.

You need to go out and hang with your friends. You need to go see a movie. You need to get some exercise even if it's just tossing a football around with some friends.
Yeah I know that's what I tell him, but since Im in accelerated classes he has high hopes for me.

oh and it's 9 hour's study a day, with 4 hour's of rest. That's my timetable according to dad

EDIT: well yeah my study is broken up but that's basically how much I do a day

Studying for more than 20-30 minutes straight is just foolish. You need to study more than that each night. But just study in 20-30 minute intervals broken up by a meal, a tv show, a level of that video game you're playing, some basketball time at the garage, etc...

4 hours of sleep will make it impossible to concentrate in class the next day.
Get any book on successful study habits from the library and everything will contradict the schedule of "8hrs school, 9hrs study, 4hrs sleep 3hrs other."

Well I had a bedtime up until I was 14 so, I dont see anything wrong with you having a bedtime. Since your not in school I think you should devote some time each day to school I mean what else are you doing? hehe
