The Appreciation Thread

This is a thread for thanking all the mods, supoer mods, admins, etc. Think about all the work they do, and yet still people are against them. Why? Think about if you were in that position, what would you do? And besides, it can take a while to respond to things because there are so many things already to do. We should give them a good thanks every once in a while. This thread is where you tank the evony people. Because really, think of everything they do.

Ok first of all, double posting.

Second... And i mean this with all due respect: I think you might be kissing up a teeeeny bit..........

I agree, the mods have had it tough lately. But, it is there job, not ours. Thats why you cant say step into their shoes, WE are not mods. We are the members of evony, the ones their looking after. Do you ask your pet to go buy you flowers and have a party in honor of you? No. The Mod's took on the responsibility of managing the forums, and thats what they will do. Im not saying Mods dont deserve a break, but im not gonna reward the mods for doing what their supposed to do. Yes, we do appreciate it, and sure, thank you... thats the basic stuff. But im not going to pity them. Being an evony mod is a responsibility that they should be able to handle, no matter how much chaos the forums enter. That is why they were picked Mods.

And i wouldnt believe this is going to score you brownie points with the mods, which is most likely your main goal here.

Usually if we are mad at mods it is well deserved. Not always, sometimes we get angry at them for miniscule things but it all comes with the pretty colours and the powahs. Plus i think Appreciation threads were banned from here long long ago in the days of old when the Domo still wandered these boards.

You know, I entered this thread expecting to put through a guilt trip. I find myself dissapointed in that regard.
