    Exactly.

In addition, there are STILL texts that state Jesus was born in January (or something like that). So indeed, they moved his birthday to counter-act the winter solstice.

Religion is a forbidden topic here, much as I would love to go all out against all the religions listed in this thread so far.

    Furthermore:

    "The day god was born"

    ..........

This doesn't deserve recognition from any sensible being, but I believe I'll correct it anyways.

God created the heavens and the earth. God was not born. He simply was.
Or so Christianity would have you believe.

On the note of the Holy Trinity:

The Father, The son, and The holy Ghost, I seem to recall something about them being all the same person.
The Father being God in his godly form, The Son being Jesus, or god in his Earthly form, and the Ghost being Jesus after crucifixion.
By MY reckoning, this means that god impregnated the virgin Mary, and then conspired to make the woman who was bearing his child, his mother.
Do you see where this thought leads?

    On another note:

Santa Claus is a commercial recreation of historic character named Saint Nick (No idea why he was a saint) who crept into peoples houses at night to leave handmade toys for children.

Least I think that's the story. Very near to it at least.

    Anyways:

Christmas is in the 25th of December, to celebrate the Birth of Jesus Christ.
Despite the fact that astrological evidince indicates he was born midsummer, due to the stars that the three wisemen could see in the sky and the location in the world.

    In conclusion:

    ALL YOU KNOW IS FALSE.

    Merry Christmas.
