Well.. I have seen mods actualy being rude to "customers" on the forum with how they say things... but have to be nominated, there's a simple solution, hire someone who "has" the time to actualy go over applications, if they did bring in a system where they have applications... and have like a minimum Post stats... Like if they have made over '500' posts or something.
That way it would cover alot more then just a few mods on hundreds of posts and threads.
And it would be alot more cusomers dealt with, and not alot of customers waiting hours.. maybe even days because the mods are so heavy loaded.
And the mods they hire actualy dedecate to the forum by not always going as offline just because they cant be bothered with the amount of messages from "customers" as they are customers...
In my reconing I think they is actualy more players joining evony, and then leaving because of majority of the reasons with help, then there is actualy posting on the forum.
I'm sure the stats are pretty high, as not alot of people do actualy get the help they ask for/need.
Due to high traffic in threads, wich the mods can not all go over 24/7.
[QUOTE=Demonhero;711545]They did used to have an application form, but sometime during June or July they switched it.
Heh... that was silly of them I think... I'd love for any job on the forum.. its something to do lol. xD
They just don't give enough oppotunities.
In that sense, they're just forgetting the facts of there customers then.
Mods are supposed to help and advice customers, so what if they have a fewe that play "God".. doesnt every business at some point... insted they changed the whole system.. to be even worser and loseing customers.. lol.. silly.. it really is... it would be rather simple infact.
If you see a post that needed to be adviced.. then do it.. if another mod has already dealt with the issue.. then problem solved on go on for the next.
They can not make out that everyone will basicaly "not do as they are supposed to" in that sense.. I'm sure it would be called somewhat, somehow "Discrimination" if they are going to think that everyone will do the same.
= Equil Oppotunities =

Yeah you should higher Ken to be a mod lol he always on hahaha
I can understand that, but how much do they recognise in the short period of time.
They ARE loosing customers due to them not getting infomation they want!
I can say that just by looking at the Threads on the forum, and more saying "0 replys"...
In a simple fact, they are just forgetting what they are supposed to provide customers.
As I belive the correct word in business for this is. " Customer Satisfactory "
Wich is obviously not happening as much as it should for a business with a high level of traffic, and then soon loosing.
Oh and woop woop. I got promoted from Worker to Warrior.![]()
Demon is correct, there used to be an application process but a majority of the moderators chosen via this system have either gone inactive after a short while or have caused massive trouble on the forum.
The system change was a good thing, now we have several people who are in the works for possible moderation and will most likely stay active unless something unforeseen happens. Now having actual help to keep the forums clean instead of a seemingly random choosing getting nothing done but adding extra names on the boards.
Now don't misunderstand, Moderators are being added and will be added in the future. Usually only 3 are selected at a time though.
So far I'd say that the main forums are pretty clean, the server forums are the main problem since the activity of Moderators there is much less frequent then the main boards unless the mod actually plays the game on that specific server or gets several reports from that board.
