Is there a way that we could contact an admin and explain our problem or just something so as not to lose out on any of our play time? and also i read in the forum somewhere that you can account sit for a friend or trusted person. whats the rules on that?

I had the same misconception you had, that same-computer users would somehow have to choose amongst themselves to determine who could keep playing on each server. However, Dawnseeker's post has cleared that up.
So, a recap:
Multiple players, each playing from a different machine within a network/same IP: Ok, with no play restrictions as to sharing resources, etc.
Question: What if players share machines interchangeably? Will this affect anything, or is it going to be differentiated every time they log in? Also, how long will the game 'record' the info on the last machine used for each account?
Multiple users on the same server, on one machine: All will still be allowed to play, but will not be able to share resources.
Question: Again, the question I asked before. The reason for this is because, lets say Mary and Willy live together, and they have 2 computers available to them, but they interchange which machine they use based on who gets which one first. OR...they have to use internet cafe's and sometimes get the machines the other had last time...how will this system treat those accounts? If they log in from the same computer that the other has used, will this then cause a same-computer block to go into effect? Or, will the game only hold this information for a set period of time, and then they are free to share again?
Basically...if, once they log in from a computer the other has used, will this then cause them to be seen by the game as "same-machine users", and if so, is it permanent?
