A level 9 warehouse can protect 900,000 food. Plundering level 10 allows the player to inhibit a maximum of 30% of that food... so 270,000. That leaves 630,000 food which cannot be touched.
Each attack dont plunder 30%? I thought each attack would plunder 30%. If you send 100K Cavs with lvl 10 Plundering that would be another 30% of the 630K which would be 189K. Next attack would be 441K left and 132K plundered. I think you see where this is going and wouldn't take long before the warehouse is empty.
