I love the inheritance series, Ranger's Apprentice, Artemis Fowl, and Percy Jackson. These are all series.

Artemis Fowl, a great series indeed. I believe the Time Paradox or whatever it was called was my favorite of the series.

Lol so far ive read every book and series all you people have mentioned...

Favorite Series... Probably the Eragon (Eragon, Eldest, Brisingr) Series. A perfect fantasy, yet managed to appeal to both kids and adults. Dont get me wrong, Artemis Fowl, and Percy Jackson are ALL great series that i loved and read, and still do love... but i just couldnt see a guy that was over 18 reading them.

My favourite series at the moment is the Wilbur Smith, Egyptian series. (The Quest, River God, The Seventh Scroll, Warlock)

But I am also quite partial to a bit of Stephen King, or Clive Cussler (He's alright if you can get over the 'hero-worship' of his main character lol)

The Eragon,Eldest, Brisingr books are called the Inheritance Cycle

Why cycle and not series? Or Trilogy? Because there are only going to be 4 books, so I'm told.

Yeah, originally we though it was just 3 books... thats how many the author planned for. But it became so popular he decided to make another, for all we know, he might choose to make a 5th book after he scores with the 4th.

I hate Authors like that. I mean They just suddenly lose interest in there books and they only care about the money. It gets annoying because the quality of their writing drops rock bottom
