Yeah well...
Kings Bar is fine by me, that's what I voted anyway. But why bother having a poll if a moderator isn't going to respect the majority decision? Lord Ken Deathmarr doesn't hold the copyright on the name Ken, so it has nothing to do with him as far as I can see.
It's a bit like the game suggestion box I guess. You can make any suggestion you want but it will be ignored. You can hold a ballot and it will be ignored. I think I will invent a new phrase.
