    The books were great, even if there was no underlying message, i just liked reading them.

    Then the movies came. Hundreds of girls who dont know how to read yet, or tried reading but were scared by the big words, went to see it. They fall in love with their edward, and expect all guys to be like him. They ruin the series completely by becoming the most obnoxious Fandom in america.

    therefore, a decent series is yet again ruined by its movie counter parts.
