"People once believed, that when someone dies, a crow carries their soul to the land of the dead. But sometimes, something so bad happens, that a terrible sadness is carried with it and the soul can't rest. Then sometimes, just sometimes the crow could bring that soul back to put the wrong things right"
This is why theres a little thing called Acc sitting, all you have to do is notify the admins of your acc, who will be watching the account, for how long, And provide a LEGITIMATE reason for the account sitting.. Going offline for a few days just because you feel like it is an example of something that would NOT qualify as a good reason

Sorry all...I was by no means condoning the behavior...but I didn't see anyone really taking exception to ...well the 19th post in this thread.
That described account sharing and termed it account sitting.
Emergencies happen...and I'm certain that lattitude is present to account for that. But it isn't an emergency because someone got attacked in the war reports...and wasn't online.
Some alliances have clearly shared logins for just such a scenario....and the 19th post in this thread is making a case for it.
Sorry it isn't my intent to single out an individual...rather my point is that what most would consider account sharing shouldn't be somehow rationlized into account sitting. The two are very, very different.
But I also want to thank everyone for their replies.
and as for deadknight, i'd like to remind you of the last ban hammer.. ppl quoting back evony's rules back to them, made thalian come on and well, he ruined the day of alot of the complainers... so they know their rules and interpretations, even if you try twisting them to mean whatever you want them to mean. so just a heads up. it was that kinda thing that got alot of mere suspensions turned into bans.
