Default Item that takes away troop upkeep for a certain amount of time

Me and some of the other players that are sick of losing all the food on troop upkeep. We were all thinking that Evony could easily make money selling an item that would take away troop upkeep for a set amount of time. I know I would be one of the first people to buy it. Tell me if you guys have any ideas or thoughts about this idea on ways to improve or just comments about it.

I don't think they'd be coming out with an ITEM per se, but they might consider doing it more often for the package deals. I'd just like to see it be a little less costly...by about $10.

Special Props To Don Ezio for this!

In war, victory. In peace, vigilance. In death, sacrifice.

Ya I would hope they would come out with an item like this but it keep it cheap in some of the package deals they make every week.

Thanksgiving buff was awesome. 24 hrs with no food. For a lot of players that's gonna be 300k+ in food. It's not overpowered in the sense that you can't exactly conquer someone with food, but a real value to be able to take a day off of farming.

What's even more scarey is the implication of the above thought process... that somehow it is acceptable to pay a company to NOT play their game.

Pay, or make it available on the amulet, I dun care.

As far as pay to play, it is what it is.

But for Turkey day, I spent less on Evony than I did on
    (a) gas,
    (b) real-life food,
    (c) drinks for some cute girl I don't even remember her name.
    (d) all of the above, side by each

Multiple choice, I'll leave as an exercise for the reader. Suffices to say, I'm thankful.
