"poor guy" hey a little off topic can we sue for the names like nazis or non!gg+++ you get the point, or is the game in legal trouble for copy right infridgment because of the ages of empires walls and stuff????
Can I get an AMEN, from all those who are upset and can't take the frustration no more!
...no
you cannot be sued for conquering another players city. question answered.
words are funny things
they can explain, or confuse
please use them wisely
Haha that dude is a loser, you cant be sued, and you shouldnt have bought **** on here especially when its a free game...der dumbnuts haha, dont worry
Thanks for the laugh
either that guys is a nutcase or is a cry baby himself
I certainly hope you abandoned one of your cities and took another of that players until you got to the point that the player only had the one left. This player deserves that type of treatment for their actions in sending you that message.![]()
You should have seen the fan-mail I got after taking some guys city. Had 18 level 10 Barracks in it and he'd BOUGHT game coins to get Mich Scripts. His mails were so bad I actually saved them in Mic.Word. I'd repost them but the Forums would use up an entire months worth of * editing them.
It got even more funny (read evil) after that. I, believe it or not, won an Adv. Teleporter that night, and moved the city for my new Main. I then captured the flat it used to be on with a fast Cav rush and built a city...and NPC abandoned it. The next day when he was ranting I sent him a reply saying I was very sorry, didn't know he had spent all that money and that I had abandoned it so he could have it back... MUCH more *'s.
"Well from someones perspective it's funny as heck!"

NO you can't be sued, but there are cases where gamers have been sued when they have obtained funds fraudulently. Interestingly, some may view that post as threatening behaviour..something which can be prosecuted for depending on the Countries the sender and recipients live in.
Otherwise just respond with "Have a nice day"
Or alternatively, all your base....
