Well, I look at what i've bought in the last few months and what has been bought by other players around me and I see the bulk of it being teleporters. I have bought 2 adv and 4 random teleporters because there are no other players within 20 mi of me to attack. What is the point in playing this game if all you can do is farm npc's and hit targets so far away they get reinforced? I teleport the war city in somewhere, hit as many players as I can and then send the resources home to the main cluster. Then, take a lvl 10 a little bit farther away and keep it up until i run out of troops/resources or just get bored.

This style of gameplay is hugely beneficial to Evony from a marketing standpoint. I spend 3$ to port a city in and then the people around wherever that city lands all spend between 3-9$ to port their cities out. The most i've seen spent in one session is 8 Adv teleports when I happened to land right in the middle of a poorly defended prinz. So they made 75$ in 3 hours. 3 other players teleported cities out of that area, there were 9 truces and i'm pretty sure some penicillin. This type of thing happens whenever we port into an area as a group and I don't expect that to change it anytime soon.

How realistic do you guys want it? I'm sure most of you complaining would be forced into being my vassal or destroyed utterly if they decided to make it really realisitic. It would change gameplay dramtically and to the point where the game wouldn't be nearly the same if they tried to make it an accurate representation of the time period. I know for a fact I would end at least one of my neighbors everyday until one of the few bigger players came along and decided to end me.
