Did you know that GWB signed an act in 2001 that the US of A can and will invade the Netherlands, if ever an American is brought to justice at the Court for Crimes against Humanity in The Hague?

Which raises a few questions. According to NATO's first rule, an act of war against one member of NATO is an act of war against ALL members of NATO. But what if that act of war is done by one of the members itself?

Would the US of A actually go to war with the Netherlands if one of their soldiers is being accused of crimes against humanity for their actions in (for instance) Iraq?
