The bad guys in Captain Planet were awesome.

Bad Guy: Muwahaha, I'm going to dump this vat of acid into the ocean, MURDERING thousands of dolphins!
Planeteers: Um, why?
Bad Guy: Because... uh... MUWAHAHAHA HERE COMES THE ACID...
Planeteers: You know every time you do this we call Captain Planet, right?
Bad Guy: So?!
Planeteers: So... do you have a solution for that?
Bad Guy: NOPE. ACID TIME! DIE DOLPHINS!
Planeteers: Sigh... Go Planet!
Captain Planet: This guy again? Time to use Wind and Water to summon a hurricane! Made of fire! And an avalanche!
Planeteers: Yay!
Ma-Ti: Why do you never use my power?
Planeteers: Because Heart is worthless! Go Planet!
Bad Guy: Arg, I am defeated by flaming hurricane avalanche.
