Actually, Master Chief is a genetically engineered human who has strained for combat for his entire life. Even without his armor, he is so much more then an ordinary human.

Actually, since Halo: Combat Evolved. You can really only notice it when you pick up the overshield, but the shield clearly covers the gun and person at the same time, provided the person is holding the gun.

MC single-handedly took out a highly advanced superweapon. Three times. The weapon which was supposed to eliminate all life within an entire galaxy. I'm pretty sure he can deal with some energy testicle.
can fly
Chief doesn't need to fly. You know why? Because he shoots things down.

is basically a regular guy with some leg implants

I'd say MC does, but you know, when you give biased lists like that, its kind of, you know, biased.

Um... Samus has done that (saving the universe) too. More than the Chief. There are more Samus games out than Halo

The Master Cheif is a Spartan II, which means he would win against any normal human in one-on-one battle. He's by far the stronger, faster, has quicker reflexes, better hand-eye coordination, and all the other benifits of being a Spartan II. And that's not even mentioning the MJOLNIR armor.

I believe the operative word is "normal" human. No "Normal" human can perform such feats as her. Have you seen the size of the ball she folds into?
