Okay, let's get this straight;

Now person can dodge a laser. Lasers move at the speed of liet.

That's like telling a person who's standinh in a hallway surrounded by turned-on lanterns to never get hit by any of the light.

Samus has technologically advanced armour.
The Master Chief has technologically advanced armour and is chemically and cybernecially engineered to be a super human. He has titanium grafted onto his skeleton for god's sake.

Clearly the Master Cheif wins.

Samus has unique armor from an ancient alien civilization that dominated everything, and has abilities completely impossible for any normal human, modified or not, to attain. Master Chief has mass-produced, standard infantry armor, is on lots of steroids, and has metal stuck into his bones.

Clearly, Samus wins.
