    OK lets all take a nice deep breath and try to get back to the original topic, I ask this becasue no one eles has, how were these ignored emails worded, by which I mean if they were anything like these posts it is not suprise that you have goten not response, for my part, I have allways goten a response back with in 24 h

    well it is convenant that you have los your e-mails but, and correct me it I'm worng, if you sent the nasty email first do you honestly not see how that could effect the response you got?

    Since I no longer have them I would say that it is decidedly inconvienient.(remember the tree's comment)

    Did you read what I had previously written? They responded to the RUDE email within 15 minutes(no doubt because it involved money) and they did NOT respond to the polite one(and still have not)

    for the recourd I was being sarcasitc and the point that I am making is that if you sent the nasty one first whoever was on the receving end may simply have decided to ignore the next one thinking it was more of the same

    Try sending the emails again but with a change of tone. Make the nasty one polite and polite one nasty and see what happens.

    the customer service has been terrible.
    I am a paying customer (it's actually tax deductible for my line of work ) but i have never received a response from UMGE's customer service. The Livechat function has not worked for me.

    I find it absolutely unprofessional and inexcusable. Sure, i understand the idea behind ignoring problems when you're focusing on bringing IN the coin, but that doesn't make it right.

    I paid $10 a few weeks ago for coins and found out that I had been double charged. (not sure whos fault it was, my browers was acting funny during the transaction and I had to refresh) Not only was I double charged, I only got coins as if it were a single purchase.

    Anyways...

    I noted it and sent them an email letting them know it was double charged and I would be expecting a refund. After three or four days I got no response.

    I sent a second one informing them again and that if I didnt get a response within a week I would contact Paypal about it.

    Two days later I was refunded, two days after that I got a response from them letting me know I was refunded.

    At first I thought it took the action of threatening to go to Paypal about it, but then noted it took them two days to let me know I was refunded after the fact that they indeed did refund me.

    I think they were just slow about it and from all the advertising they are doing about open positions, it wouldn't surprise me if they were very understaffed at the moment.

    My suggestion would just to be calm and keep a clear head about things.

    Also note I was calm in both my emails.

    hmmm, since i have in the past sent in a message (using my email account not game account) i can easily post some messages

    message 1(from me):
    i started an account on server 5 earlier, but while playing i got
    kicked offline (my issue not yours) and when i went to log back on it
    wanted me to make a new character instead. since i didn't really feel
    like waiting (i have little patience and it would get me behind in the
    game) i used a different email address and created another. i have no
    wish to multi-account which is why i'm letting you know the situation
    and asking for my original account (dm2007, which was created with
    this email account) be deleted

    they sent me a thing about it getting passed on to someone else and i should get a reply within 24 hrs and if not i should email them again telling them so....which is exactly what happened

    their response (finally): Hi,

    Thanks for your letter. If you decided to delete your account, you can click your lord's portrait and then click the Restart Game at the lower right corner. If you have any problem, please feel free to contact us.

    (1st off, you mean the thing that doesn't work???)

    The whole reason I was asking for you to do it is because when I went
    to log back on after getting kicked off it wanted me to create a new
    character as if the 1 I had didn't exist, yet I know it's still there
