If I could give negative rep, I would .... you copy and pasted someone elses article, and didn't even give mention to their name or provide a link. Since you posted this though, lets break some of this down.

The Aries Amulet or Roulette Wheel is a very complex feature of Evony. In this post, I am going to tell you exactly what your chances of winning a certain item are. That?s right, you heard correctly ? later in this guide you?ll be learning your exact percent chances of winning a specific reward.

The percentages are not exactly the chances. There are outside circumstances such as how much cash you spend on the game. There is no way to tell what the weighted average is unless you work for the Evony.

- If there is more than one of the same reward on the wheel, you will not get that reward. For some odd reason, you only win something if there?s only one of it.

the percentages are written below the list which corresponds the list for eg. if penicillin is first look at the first percentage i.e. 0.276% so chances of winning penicillin is 0.276%.

If you want to do a real number crunching test, you will need a large data set of wheel spins and the amount of money the have spent on Evony. Without that information, any data from the wheel is useless.
