Macaroni Grill... their penne arribiata sauce is nothing short of exquisite... though they are inept at making meatballs, I find.

Then you have the fresh, warm bread that you can dip in their modena balsamic vinegar, some great wines, and the spinach ravioli and shrimp ravioli is rather good so I hear. You can even have some tiny young girl blast out happy birthday in opera for you. Oh, and you can write on the table in crayon, and write with two at a time so it looks fancy. What's not to like. Your dad is obviously a rich and intelligent man.

Favorite place to eat has to be my house. I seem to eat there the most often, and I'm rarely dissatisfied with my own cooking

Any Michelin starred restaurant is a good place to eat. You don't have to worry about your food, you just know it will be cooked to perfection. (no messing about 'i want my steak well done').

There's a beautiful place in Eindhoven, inside the PSV stadium, called AvantGarde Van Groeningen. Granted one star. The only Michelin Star restaurant in a football stadium.

Unfortunately it's in Dutch, but the opening page gives a nice video of where they are located.

High on my to-go-to list is The Fat Duck. With its chef Heston Blumenthal its awarded 3 Michelin Stars. Located in Berkshire, England

Also high on the list, but nearly impossible to get to (over 1 million reservation requests, but just 8,000 of those get an actual place) is Restaurant El Bulli in Spain.
