    Your Honor,
let be bring out evidence A1..... *defending lawyer rolls out a stack of papers showing:

i don't understand this *bleep, bleep, bleep* code...
I judge Dreddy, claim that Evony,LL. will refund Player completely and by the absolute, regain access to his account and 1 mill cents..
and thats not all, for the lose and damage, the player will receives 100 thousand dollars....CASE CLOSED

    Defending lawyer:
Evony, LL., i am sorry, i quit being your lawyer, now i have a bad reputation, and on top of that, the judge does not want to see my face again in his court room
now this part was a joke, we all know developers and their associates don't have to prove nothing....i was saying how funny a trial from ex-members and the company might look, favoring a member
it was not intention to get any superiors all mad and start degrading the minority (and i am not trying to be sarcastic)

    -LMAO,

    ---Silly script kiddie.

---You know what? I not only have a problem with cheaters, in game and in life, but your face and I still have the same advice for the fools in either aspect, who think they're "winning". You're only cheating yourself and guess what... here it comes... a preemptive, "YOU LOSE S*CKER!" and if anyone is waiting... "I told you so".

---Screw the cheaters. Let em hang by their bottleneck and then off wi' their `eads. How `bout this.

---My perspective, my only view cause I don't live in a fantasy. You're sitting behind a keyboard allowed the opportunity to be a :censored: and act like you have the :censored: to be a fighter. You talk smack in word chat and act like you've got :censored: the size of King Kong's. If you have to cheat while pretending there isn't much that can be said that is good about you. I never needed to carry a razor in my shoe in either aspect and I laugh at you when you're knocked down for doing so. Simple as that.

---I still say you're a funny script kiddie.... lmao, upset they "hadn't though of it first". OMG. That was good.

---Simply said it is a computer/network game and anything can happen when it comes to technology crashing... like all information being wiped from the server. So, to protect one's self it would be smart to set up an agreement that includes "we have the right to alter, suspend, cancel, delete any account" in the text that the person who is signing up is agreeing to. To think that you have any rights, when found to be in violation on a server where pretty much everything can be seen, makes you a script kiddie as much as the kid who is just learning how to script. Hey, guess what, it is as easy to see as it is to "shoot fish in a barrel".

---One more time, laments' terms (and I firmly believe they should also lose their related account on the forum if they were found to be guilty):

-"We have the right to do whatever we want with your account, even use your Lord name in a book as a main character if we see fit. You own NOTHING."

---Direct quote, which you agreed to... because you joined.

---Sorry, I did think the OP was meant for strictly those who have been justly slapped. I know I shouldn't really be posting here so I will just ask; Are you trying to find funny, yet idiotic replies, for to post in your sig? Other than that, I wouldn't want to think, nor do I believe, but the only other reason that comes to mind is you were looking for power in numbers, like trying to rally a lynch mob.

---Either that or you are practicing law or is that eLaw?

I really don't see that food problem.

I am by no means a player who's at his computer for 10+ hours per day. I log in in the morning before I go to work (half an hour) then 45 minutes when i'm on my lunch break and a few hours when I'm at home in the evening.

And i've got 800m food in store. Just from sending out npc attacks. 3 times a day hitting 3 tens gives you 3x3x19 million. (171m per day).

No bot needed, just clicking your mouse yourself.

    Seriously....

No, I'm not a newbie, and no, I'm not a kid in school. I despise cheaters who come on here and brag about how smart they are because they found a bot on the Internet and set it up to play for them. When they are found out, they should have their accounts deleted with no refunds. Thanks, Barbadus, for starting this thread for people to vent. But I want to vent about the dirty cheaters who are ruining this game for the real players.

I have been on Evony for many months, nearly a year. I've worked hard to get 9 maxed out cities with close to a million troops in each one. They eat a lot of food, and I have to farm over a dozen NPCs twice a day (for each city) just to break even. That's a lot of effort on my part, and I am sickened by some teenager who's out at the mall while his account is doing all that for him.

Yes, I'm old school. I grew up in the days where the end didn't justify the means. All you cheaters are proud of yourselves for finding a shortcut around the rules and getting results with zero effort. Doesn't it bother you at all? Have you no conscience? You're all sad, pathetic, and LAZY! I shudder to think that I have to rely on all of you to pay into Social Security. When you don't live with Mommy and Daddy anymore, will you create a bot that pays your bills for you too? Good luck with that.

Well In a round about way there is, Right under the log in section where you type in your email address and password there is a line of text the reads, By logging in you agree to Terms. The word terms is a hyper Link that brings you to the terms in question, and one of those terms is No Bots

"People once believed, that when someone dies, a crow carries their soul to the land of the dead. But sometimes, something so bad happens, that a terrible sadness is carried with it and the soul can't rest. Then sometimes, just sometimes the crow could bring that soul back to put the wrong things right"

    Thank you.
---Just going over subscribed threads of sorts and saw this statement.

    ~Curiosity aroused~

---How does one report a thread? If you mean reports a post, shouldn't that be on the postee rather than everyone who is enjoying the thread? I mean, I see enough great threads that are closed and would hate to think they were closed due to one bad apple (even if that bad apple is me because someone didn't like my description of pros & cons).

---Anyway, I think Kaldath has said it as bluntly as possible. The post, for whatever reason, was created to see what crazy schemes players who violated the rules, have in store for EVONY. LOL, that still sounds funny, almost as suicidal as multi-accounting would be to begin with, having read the rules from day 1.

    -FWIW,
---Yes, intelligent people do read TOS/TOU/T&C/etc while the fools just click-click-click-hyperclick-click-click-click so they can play...
. . . ... while often times agreeing to install something to which they know not what it is.
