Default RE:Do you get enough sleep?

    Hi everyone,

8 hours is the ideal hours to sleep per day. I try to sleep as much as 8 hours per day but I think its not enough because my body clock still haven't adjusted to my schedule. I sleep around 2 -11 am.

Anyway, do you get enough sleep?

I sleep enough, I can function perfectly fine with 3-4 hours of sleep.

I sleep 2-3 hours at a time. But I get 2-3 sleeps in each day with my insomnia.

Interesting fact: In a sleep study, scientists cut off the subjects from any windows or clocks or anything that would denote any kind of "time" reference. They were allowed to eat and sleep and do whatever they wanted, whenever they want. The average circadian rhythm (body clock) of a human being operates on a 25 hour cycle.
So, in essence, we all lose an hour everyday
