how the hell is that the same thing? You are generalizing that a group of race is good at something, when it is not true. The statistic of Asian outperformed others is skewed, because historically speaking the one who migrated to America are the best of the best, the one who were not fortunate enough stay back and im pretty sure they are no smarter than you and me. Beside the OP original thread (I thought the Chinese were suppose to be good at maths) was purposely trying to degrade a group of ethnic, those intention was clear and loud, I dont see why the hell are you guy defending him.

Edit: And look at the OP source, the reason why Chinese out performed is because they spend more time and effort. Im sure if anyone of you lazy ass decided to put a little effort you would achieve the same.

But of course following by your logic, Im assuming I can infer that African American are dumb? Does it make it true? No

I don't even see how you can connect fry chicken with racism.

So, if I was to say: English people all like Fish 'n' chips. That would be racist?

Or, I thought Brazilians are good at football?

    That's racism to you?

I work in an industry which involves extremely complicated mathematics (fluid dynamics and ocean modeling).

We're hiring people constantly, and each time we hire someone we go thru hell with our EEO office because our end candidate is virtually always chinese.

It is nearly impossible to find an American (of any race/creed/color) who has the requisite mathematics background in order to perform the job.

Culturally, the chinese are some of the nicest people I've met. A lot more polite than their American counterparts.

Plus we have an awesome chinese new year celebration every year... and *REAL* chinese food (not that Americanized crap you find at strip-malls) rocks!

This thread is rapidly getting out of control. Did anyone ever think that perhaps you could disregard genetics and look at things like parental involvement, a culture that promotes self-discipline and hard work, or a better education system? Nah....it's easier to play the race card. Thread closed.
