I have no neighbours, they have all been removed, so fortunately I don't have that problem, but if I did, I definitely would have no problem farming any NPCs they build. My troops need to eat, after all.

Can I come live with you . Around me, everything is owned that can be owned and there is at least two dozen lvl 5 nps around me. Go further out, theres dozens upon dozens upon dozens more. I've been farming, no, not farming, hitting one npc maybe twice a day, more often once at day, just to build up my resources. I have two cities, one has a level 10 wall, level 10 city hall and the other city is brand new. I don't see the problem hitting a level 5 npc once or twice a day. Now one person came up with a ridiculous senerio, well more power to them. If I had made 10 NPCs, which I can't, I have no room to expand beyond the second city I have, and someone wanted to hit them occasionally, I don't think I'd had much of a problem with it. Send them some mail, yeah, I probably would with just this phrases in it, "just save me some."

Its really very simple, if you have an army large enough to need multiple hits on an NPC farm daily and someone is raiding it in your absence you first email them and explain that its your garden and would they please stay out (or set up a boundary for each of you to follow) and if that doesn't work you take their city and NPC it. Obviously if your food need is that high, you have troops to do the job.
