    It's a government conspiracy mannnnnn...
They use the shot to implant a tracking chip into your body.

I read up on it... have few concerns over its safety, and am comfortable that the potential benefits outweigh the scarce risks... so I will be getting the shot along with the rest of my office on January 18th, 2010.

Yeah... lots of people are saying the shot is a safety risk.

Besides, it's been proven at this point, the regular flu is more deadly than Swine Flu (h1n1)

When h1n1 hit Mexico, it hit hard. But right now, it focuses on people with health issues... they are the only high risk people. The normal flu has and is killing many more...

For example, i saw a headline in the paper that said
    "Swine Flu Strikes Again"

It was talking all about how this guy had nothing wrong with him, he was perfectly healthy, and h1n1 had struck and almost killed him. Then on the next page they show a picture, and he's a dwarf that in the past years has had tons of sicknesses...

It goes to show, the worst is over... and i don't see a need for the shot.
Several guys at my school had swine flu. They were out for, what, a week or so? Came back perfectly fine.

I was sick the other day, my parents were worried it was swine flu. They took me to the doctor (and yes, he is a good doctor) and ask if it could be swine flu and if they should be worried. He shrugged his shoulders and said "It doesn't really make a difference. I would say that's a good thing, if it's swine flu you don't need a vaccination... i would be more concerned if it was the normal flu."

I really don't get why people are so worked up about this. The CDC says that about 10,000 people, worldwide, have died of H1N1 since April. If the rate stays the same, we can expect a little over 13,000 deaths in one year.

Now, compare that to the 500,000 deaths from the seasonal flu, or H5N1, that happen EVERY SINGLE YEAR.

It's like worrying about a dripping faucet when the pipes in your basement keep freezing and exploding. I realize that thousands of people dying is a very bad thing, but compared to the number who already die and who nobody is really trying to help, this whole panic seems incredibly silly.

I have statistical evidence, while yours is mere anecdotal evidence. It's quite obvious that my argument is superior.

When a conspiracy, like the tracking chip, actually happens, then no one or very few people will know. I am not getting a shot fro a made up disease.
