Thread: Typical Evony...

  1. #1

    Thumbs down Typical Evony...

"If that is the situation, then the people affected by this need to make a proper report in the Technical Support section of the forum and we'll ensure they get their packages."

This is a quote from FoxyBunny on a recently closed topic ^^

Please take a look at this extract from the above quote:

"If that is the situation," --- When so many people complain about Evonys, let us call them "problems" (So as to avoid a possibly unavoidable swing of the well loved by dictatorlike mods; Banhammer), thes peoples topics are closed, moved to another section, where they are promptly answered with total copouts, and then closed in order to silence their issues.

Why?, Evony, WHY?? do you do this to your players?

You say this is a technical fault, yet i seriously doubt that all those people who have recieved losses, will be reimbursed..

I have yet to see Evony help its players + customers..

And i am pretty sure the Law, even in Australia would be convinced of your fraudulent practices..if you continue to cheat your PAYING members (They payed for a produkt they wanted, and in the end did not recieve, Fraud anyone?)

    Rant over..

this is funny because so many people are complaining that they're victims of fraud, yet people keep spending more money.

what's that expression again... oh yeah... you reap what you sow?

    lol.

stop spending your money if it's such a big deal.

only time i ever spent money was on that 5 dollar for 250 cent deal.... which was a rip off...ended up only giving 50 cents and a bunch of useless medals.

I understand that Mods can be unfairly beat up by players for things out of their control sometimes, but I have noticed an unusually high amount of thread closures while a topic is still getting responses. I frequent a lot of different forums all over the place, and I've never seen Mod interference like it is here.

I posted in the tech section like a mod told me too and 47 views later not a single response from a mod. If it is not fixed in the morning I will go back and chargeback ever single transaction I have ever made with evony. Maybe that will get their attention.

Maybe everyone should just stop sending money?

    That'll teach 'em!

I think we could pull their babysitting liscence maybe?

That'll really teach 'em! (meant to be humorous with a hidden point)

A tech guy did respond saying they were fixing the problem, so I know they read them. They might just be tired of repeating themselves. I still think they shut down threads to quick, that makes players think they aren't being listened too. If the Mods go ahead and let a thread develop, then there aren't 50 threads with 49 of them closed about the same topic, and it gives an outlet for a players frustration.

Moderators are only volunteers. They just preach what's set infront of them.

    Here's what's going to happen:

    1. You send in a report for technical support
    2. You'll get a response that's from an automated system (Microsoft Sam: "I hate my job")
    3. You'll wait patiently like a good law abiding citizen
    4. Five weeks later...
    5. You're furious
    6. You decide to make I hate <insert any aspect of the game (oh nos the dreaded game!) here> thread
    7. You're laughed at a goaded by other forum posters for what you're saying
    8. Thread gets 10,000+ views
    9. More people start coming forward with the exact same problem
    10. The man in red swoops in and saves the day (my hero?)
