Well whiners aren't really going to go into a thread called "whiners thread" in order to QQ.
Unless your looking for sarcastic whining.
Real whiners think their complaint is legitimate and deserves personal attention. It does not deserve to get shuffled into a thread with a bunch of whiners with less important problems. Real whiners will make their own thread or bump a thread focused on their specific issue. They do not think of themselves as a whiner.
The only way to make a "whiners thread" is for a mod to merge all threads they perceive as pointless QQ into on mega-thread of whining.
Also, since almost all whining is about Evony the company and/or in-game issues, the thread probably belongs in General Discussion rather than Off-Topic.
Making this thread is just a practice in futility.
