Thread: About Packages

I am confused. Someone sends me a chest. I have to spend a sum of money to buy the key, but the key is only sold as a package. So I buy the package to get the key to open the chest. I use the key to open the gift. I still have a chest I can't open because I don't have a key.

Tell me how this makes sense? I am currently up to 2 chests that I can't open because I don't have keys. Now am I supposed to buy two more packages to get keys to open the first 2 chests and still have 2 chests that can't be opened?

Who does the math on this stuff? We need a separate key buying ability.

    Thanks.

They probably can override that command.

I agree with you on that part, Meglin.

We need a seperate key purchase ability for about $5.

    Hi there.

For those who did have issues with the chests, we are looking into it.

As for paying $30 for a chest. That is incorrect. For the christmas promotion, it was this:

You purchase $30 worth of cents, you get a chest worth $15 FREE. In that chest, you also get a key to open a special chest. You also get to send a special chest to someone FREE.

Someone sends you a chest? You get the santa's milk and cookies buff FREE. You also get a special chest.

So what happened to a person who purchased $30 in total and had a friend send a package?

    1. The get the normal christmas package FREE.
    2. They get the special christmas package FREE.
    3. They get the buff FREE.

    translation: "FREE" means paypal $30

I loved the Xmas pack, and am glad to see it for New Years. I think the only real issue is that word "FREE" in English.

That word doesn't mean what you think it means.

But for them to open said gifts, you must buy a package to get the key.

If there was a key in there for your friend, my sister and I sure didn't get any key in the five packages we got, we were told by evony to buy five packages to get 5 keys to open those five chests.

So, the question is if someone sends you a gift chest, you need to buy a package to get said key, when all they want is the gift that their friend bought and sent to them? Can we get a key for $5 or are we SOL on the gifts that our friends send to us because we need to buy a $30 package two or more times to get several keys to open multiple chests?
