I want to hear Rota's economic plan!

My economic plan will contain toilet changes to everyone! This will first, bring the economy up, safe water for families, and help those that dont have a toilet. (And yes im trying to act dumb, but isnt that a good idea?)

When I first presented it in my masters program, it took over a half hour to present to my fellow students. That was followed by a good hour of them trying to poke holes in it, and debate. I convinced most of them. About 80% of the class agreed it would be effective, but the "powers that be" would probably never allow it.
