You guys are overlooking the most important item of all - the civil code. With it, you can make over 100000000000000 instant troops. (instant, then buff population, etc.)

I would buy 30000 On wars (instant pults for 9 cities, instant research, instant build)

Next, I would buy all medal boxes I need, 0 michangelo scripts (don't need them with your type of army), and finally I would spend the rest of my money on New ID's. Why New ID's, you ask? The reason being that you can change your name so fast that no one would expect you when you attack. (e.g. if that person has an enemy named ABCDEFG you rename yourself to ABCDEEG, and your opponent won't even know the difference)

Finally, I would play Evony like you are supposed to - a war against barbarians. I would send 100000 pults to every barbarian in eyesight (taking advantage of the New Year's Eve party spirit, of course)

My extra 7 362 000 cents would be used for civil codes when I need them. Otherwise, I believe 27 cottages (148500 population) X 9 (Cities.. I keep 9 because I need to barb some towns) = 243 cottages and 1,336,500 population. That's 668,250 archers, or 133,650 rams. I can do this more than enough times a day. Enough for me.
    Quit.
