Evony sub-contracts the services of an un-named US based customer service center but insted of taking tech support questions or billing complaints they are set up with a developers account (which automaticaly replenish 1k cents every server maintence) on up to 10 servers at a time and are paid for up to 8 hours per day plus sales bonuses to play Evony and upsell other players in their alliance to buy game cents. Meanwhile, the support mails and billing issues are handled one at a time by only 2 Evony employees during one 8 hour shift which doesn't even coinside with peek playing times.
