    You need an extra option:
I am a romantic; and this is NORMAL but NOT romantic/sweet/creepy.

How is breathing at the same pace romantic? I do it only because it freaks me out to hear a guy breathing hard or inbetween my breaths! LOL

that it would happen at all serously creeped out one party of the argument, while the other thought it was just another way that two ppl in love share that spical bond that is theirs and thiers alone. one party is a diehard romantic and the other doesnt belive in 'true love' so therefor is not a romantic at all. that is why i made the options that i did.

Well I am not a die hard romantic but my special man and I seem to breathe in the same pattern when we are co-noddleling. I don't think it is creepy but you can definitely tell when someone is mimicing your breathing pattern.

It really depends on what one finds romantic and what one would finds creepy.................

I'm a romantic and I think it's so cute how women that live/work together will ovulate in sync with one another. How special is that??? That's so much more special than breathing in sync. I breathed in sync with all the guys I ran with during my cross country races. I didn't feel very attached to them. But, to involuntarily bleed together...wow. That's touching.

No, but when you're using all your energy to propel your body forward you don't take the time to think about syncing your breathing up with the group, it just happens.... You're not thinking about it, it's just one of those quirky things that happens 'cause it subconsciously happens that way.

It's like running in stride with one another. Or walking in stride. Or walking and hearing music and finding yourself unable to not walk at the beat unless you try really really hard. We're rhythmic animals.
