You are really no fun in your old age Sir.
Eh hm, I used to to think Castlevania was the greatest [aside from Zelda]

Crystallis ranked high on there, though I can't remember whether that was NES or SNES.

Special Props To Don Ezio for this!

Baseball Stars was legendary...set the stage for all sports games that came after it!

Zelda, Dodgeball, Contra, Mario 3, MT's Punch Out, Renegades and way too many others to mention were also good.

i never played. i was the one on the couch behind you telling you that if you just followed the pattern (insert corect pattern here) then you could get it. and not to get frustrated. and "WOW THAT WAS AMAMZING YOU ARE SUPER AWSOME!!!" i enjoyed watching duck hunt (look there it goes, and now to your left. SHOOT THE DUCKS NOT ME!) zelda (i wasnt done reading that) and mario (if you swing the controler it helps you jump better)

When 16 bit was new, I went for Sega instead of Nintendo. In Australia it was called a Mega Drive but I think it was called something different in the USA.
Anyway I chose the Sega mainly because the games looked better and after a year or two they started releasing some really good titles for that system.
Jungle Strike was a favourite, as was a version of Dungeons and Dragons. Landstalker forced me to buy a joystick controller as it was sort of 3D and all the movements were on the angles. Shining Force was another favourite title as well.

I did buy a NES sometime later when they were being phased out for the N64. Zelda and Final Fantasy were my favourite titles for that system. For some reason, Sega really blew it with their 64 bit system and had no good titles at release, so I went Nintendo 64 for a while and then PlayStation1.
    PEACE

Christ I think it was on the 64.

Street Fighter. Epic win. If I could get my hands on a console with street fighter again I would. It kept me occupied for hours.

    Edit- My 800th post! Finally.

Wow the earliest console I had was the gamecube lol. I have played Goldeneye on the 64 and that was awesome!
